Honored to have this photograph I shot outside the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, be selected by the Glasgow Gallery of Photography for their Night Photography Exhibition which kicked off yesterday November 5th and will run through the 14th. I am one of 40 international and local photographers selected. Part of the exhibition will feature 10 specially curated Apollo 11 images from NASA Archives.
Two things make this photographs extra special: First, my mother was born in Galicia and I’ve visited this hallowed cathedral several times in the years we’ve traveled to see our “familia Gallega”. Secondly, it’s where my daughter and I decided to spend Christmas after my wife (her mother) passed away in September of 2018. Extra special indeed.
Should you find yourself in or around Glasgow this week, stop in…
