Very happy to announce that one of my photographs has been named an Official Selection by the Glasgow Gallery of Photography for their “Urban” exhibition that kicks off on September 4-30, 2026. The selected photograph (bottom of the post) was taken with the Sony a7RV during my visit to London (with ladyfriend Serena) in January of 2025.
This is the third time the gallery has selected one of my images. The first was for their “Night” exhibition in November, 2019, and then again for their “Pandemic” exhibition in September, 2022. I’m unreservedly grateful for their long-time appreciation of my work.

The Glasgow Gallery of Photography’s mission statement is to advance the arts, heritage and cultural sector through exhibitions of photographic works as a means for artistic, community and personal expression. By promoting the production and appreciation of photography to communities in Glasgow and wider Scotland, the gallery serves as a sanctuary for the art of capturing moments and emotions through the lens.

Nestled in the heart of Scotland’s vibrant city of Glasgow, the gallery celebrates the rich tapestry of photographic creativity from local talents to global visionaries. The gallery also provides affordable and relevant workshops and activities rooted in teaching and exhibiting photography.
Whether you are a seasoned photography enthusiast, a budding artist, or simply an admirer of the visual arts, the Glasgow Gallery of Photography welcomes you to explore, connect, and find inspiration in the world of images that surround us.
